  • Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details on our servers.

  • Email addresses: If you submit your email via our early access form, we store it to contact you about product updates and launch information.
  • Technical data: We may collect your IP address, browser type, and device information for security and rate-limiting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the LeadGen platform and all its features.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails such as account verification, billing receipts, and password resets.
  • To contact early access subscribers with product updates and launch announcements.

4. Data Sharing

  • We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
  • We do NOT share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel) solely to operate and deliver our platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • In the event of a business merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance of any such change.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: We use Supabase for user authentication and database storage. Your account data and generated leads are stored in Supabase. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data at rest and in transit.
  • Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments. When you enter payment details, they are sent directly to Stripe. We only store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Vercel: Our platform is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request data including IP addresses as part of serving the application.
  • We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking tools.

6. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored in Supabase databases hosted on AWS infrastructure.
  • Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.
  • We use row-level security policies in our database to ensure users can only access their own data.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed.

7. Data Retention

  • Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days.
  • Early access email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
  • Billing records may be retained longer where required by law.
